摘要
传统培训面临工学矛盾、个性化学习需求、项目更新快开发难度大等问题,石化管理干部学院油田板块培训项目组积极探索利用远程培训平台,在训前、训中和培训管理过程中设置在线环节,实施混合式培训,有效地解决了传统培训的不足,并对进一步开展混合式培训进行了思考。
There have been problems with traditional training, hke work-training conflict, differentiated training needs among trainees, rapid update of training projects and difficulty in developing new ones, etc. The Oilfield Segment training team of SINOPEC Management Institute is implementing hybrid training by actively exploring the application of distance training platforms and arranging on-line sessions before and in the middle of training and during training management, which is an effective solution to the deficiencies of traditional training. Also covered in the paper is how to further implement hybrid training.
