摘要
结合参与国际工程投标的经历,从工程量、劳动力、设备材料费、施工间接费、关税和清关情况、风俗习惯、财务费用、风险分析等几个方面,分析并列举了影响国际工程招投标的因素,并说明了新环境下国际工程投标对投标人的要求。
Considering the tender experience of international projects in practice, the author analyzes the differ ence between domain project tender and international project tender, enumerates the factors which influence the international project tender. Meanwhile the author explains how to prepare interna tional project tender effectively and necessary quality during the international project tender in new economical situations.
