摘要
青年职工高离职率是国有石化企业人力资源管理的一大问题。本研究采取问卷调查的方式,对219名35岁以下某国有石化企业青年职工进行了工作满意度、组织承诺、离职倾向的问卷调查,分析了国有石化企业青年工作满意度、组织承诺与离职倾向之相关关系,并探讨了回归模型。研究发现成长发展满意度、理想承诺、机会承诺是影响国有石化企业青年职工离职倾向的主要原因。
The high turnover among young employees is a major problem with the human resource management of state-owned petrochemical enterprises. By giving out questionnaires to 219 young employees under the age of 35 from a state-owned petrochemical enterprise on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention, the study looks into the connection between job satisfaction/organizational commitment and turnover intention, and includes a discussion of the regression model. The opportunities, their ideal commitment and opportunity study finds that employees' satisfaction with development commitment are the major factors influencing the turnover intentions of young employees from the state-owned petrochemical enterprise.
