摘要 化工销售公司应用服务价值链理论,以顾客为中心,采取各种措施服务员工、生产企业和客户,提高了员工满意度、企业满意度、客户满意度和忠诚度,赢得了竞争,公司生产经营获得了提升。 SINOPEC Chemical Commercial Holding Company Limited adopts the service value chain theory and the customer-oriented strategy in its operation. It takes various measures to cater to the needs of its employees, manufacturing companies and customers, which result in higher satisfaction among its employees and manufacturing companies and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby securing the company's success in competi- tions and bringing the company's production and operation to a higher level.
