扬州地区建筑农民工现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Present Situation of Construction Peasant Workers in Yangzhou Area

建筑农民工是建筑业生产一线的主力军,其生活和工作状况是社会普遍关注的问题。基于对扬州地区建筑农民工的问卷调查与统计的数据,阐述并分析建筑农民工的自然状况、收入状况、生活状况、劳动保障状况,揭示建筑农民工中存在的主要问题,为政府规范建筑农民工的管理提供决策依据。

Construction peasant workers mainly consist of migrant workers who are the main force in the construction industry. Their living and working status is the general concern by the society. Based on the questionnaire survey and data collected about construction peasant workers in Yangzhou area, this paper illustrates and analyzes the following aspects such as the construction peasant workers＇ natural situation, income level, living condition and labor security. Moreover, it reveals the main problems existing in construction peasant workers, thus providing decision-making basis for the government＇ s specifying the management of construction peasant workers.
