摘要
考察了高碱度烷基水杨酸钙制备中溶剂的影响 ,结果发现 :在极性较大的二甲苯溶剂中制备的产品胶体粒子尺寸较小 ,分布比较均匀 ;而在极性较小的庚烷中合成的产品胶体粒子尺寸较大 ,分布不均。并在二甲苯及汽油溶剂中制备出碱值大于 40 0mgKOH/g的产品 ,对其胶体结构、使用性能进行模拟评定发现 :前者产品中胶体粒子较小 ,产品具有较好的清净性、抗磨性及胶体稳定性 ;后者产品中胶体粒子较大 ,使用性能较差。
The effect of solvent on the reaction process of overbased calcium alkyl-salicylate was studied with FT-IR,freeze-etching electron microscopic observation (FE-EM).It has been found that the product produced in higher polarity solvent such as xylene has smaller and homogeneous colloidal particles,while the product produced in the lower polarity solvent such as heptane has bigger and inhomogeneous colloidal particles.The products with TBN more than 400 mgKOH/g are produced in xylene and gasoline respectively.The colloid construct analysis and simulations test results show that,the product produced in the former solvent exhibits smaller colloidal particles,better detergency,anti-wear properties and colloid stability,while the product produced in the later solvent exhibits bigger colloidal particles and worse performances.
