专业人才培养方案是人才培养工作的总体设计和实施蓝图。知识、素质和能力的关系问题,专业教学团队的能力问题,学生课业考评的社会化问题,是设计实施专业人才培养方案的几个难题。在既有人才培养方案设计实施工作经验的基础上,阐发了知识、素质和能力的关系问题就是职业素质课、专业能力课程和职业拓展课程的关系问题,提出专业教学团队能力建设的一体化观点及其实现的途径,总结了一个学生课业考评社会化的组合模式。

At last, it sums up a socialization combination mode of student academic evaluation.
