Analysis on Factors Influencing the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Institutions Based on ISO9001

教学质量监控体系的建立对促进高职院校教学服务质量的提升具有重要作用,基于ISO9001标准,从教学资源和条件、教学服务实施以及教学管理活动系统分析了高职院校教学质量主要的影响因素,通过分析ISO9001标准的相关要求在教学质量管理中的应用,给出了构建高职院校教学质量监控体系的思路。

Constructing the teaching quality monitor systems play an important role to promote teaching quality in higher vocational institutions. The paper, based on the ISO9001, analyses the major factors influencing teaching quality from the teaching resources and conditions, teaching implementation and management systematically and puts forward the thoughts of building teaching quality monitor systems of higher vocational institutions through the a-nalysis of application of ISO9001 in teaching quality management.
