Multi-imensional Analysis and Strategies of Career Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职生就业率的持续攀升,就业质量成为高职院校需要解决的首要问题。生涯教育在提升高职生就业质量中扮演着非常重要的角色。文章从学生、学校、企业、政府和家庭五个方面分析了当前高职生涯教育存在的问题,并提出相关可行性意见。

With the continuous increase of the vocational college students employment rate, the quality oI em- ployment of higher vocational colleges needs to be addressed as the primary problem. Career education plays a very important role in this process. This paper analyzes the problems of higher vocational college students career educa- tion and proposes relevant feasible opinions from the following five aspects： students, schools, businesses, govern- ment and family.
