我国农村财务管理问题历来是广大农村干部、农民最关心的热点问题。随着我国农村税费改革的深入和国家对"三农"问题的高度重视,以及农村集体经济的快速发展,规范农村财务会计工作,建立健全农村财务管理制度,加强农村财务管理愈来愈重要。

Chinese rural financial management has always been the hotspot issue by lots of rural cadres and farmers. With the implementation of rural reform of taxation expenses, high attention to ＂Three Rural Issues＂ in China, and rapid development of rural collective economy, it is of great importance to regulate rural financial ac- counting work, establish perfect rural financial management system and strengthen rural financial management.
