创新企业文化建设是当今企业生产经营过程中的热点问题,本文阐述了企业文化和企业可持续发展的关系,分析了我国企业文化建设的现状,并且针对我国企业文化建设中存在的若干问题,结合案例提出了一些企业文化建设的对策。

The innovation of enterprise culture construction is a hot issue as to present enterprise during the produc- tion process. This article elaborates the relationship between the enterprise culture and the sustainable development of enterprise and analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture construction in our country. Whatlnore, it puts forward some countermeasures combining with the cases in the light of some existing problems concerning enterprise culture construction in our country.
