决策理论视域下的研究生学生干部工作探析

Probing into the Work of Post Graduates Cadresfrom the Angle of Decision Theory

根据决策理论分析对研究生学生干部工作决策中的缺失,提出在工作决策中应处理好决策的科学化与民主化、研究生信息与工作决策、决策方法的继承与创新三个关系。并探讨了改进研究生学生干部工作决策的策略路径。

Based on the Decision Theory, this paper analyses the pros and cons in making decisions on the work of post graduates cadres. It suggests that the three relationships should be dealt with in work decision between scientifi- cation and democratization, between work information and decision and between the succession and innovation of de- cision methods. Meanwhile, it probes into the strategies for improving the work decision of post graduates cadres.
