摘要
学校文化建设是学校建设的重要组成部分,加强特殊教育学校文化建设对提高特殊教育学校办学质量、实现办学目标具有十分重要的意义。特殊教育学校文化建设包含四个层面,即物质层面、制度层面、行为层面和精神层面,核心是精神层面,主要内容大致有:办学的价值观、思想理念、目标宗旨、方略和特色;学校精神、校训校风、教风学风等。
Cultural construction is an important part of school development. To strengthen the cultural construction of special education school is significant to improving the quality of special education and achieving the goal of running the school. Cultural construction of special education school includes four aspects ; the material level, system level, behavior level and spiritual level. The core is the spiritual level, the main content of which roughly includes educa- tion values, ideology, target principle, strategy and characteristics, school spirit, school motto, school atmosphere, and style of teaching and learning.
