糖尿病性白内障患者围手术期护理

Nursing of diabetic cataract patients during perioperative period

目的:探讨糖尿病性白内障手术的围手术期护理,提高治愈率。方法:选择50例糖尿病性白内障患者实施超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,采用术前全面护理评估,有效控制血糖,实施心理护理及完善术前准备,术后严密观察病情及出院宣教,预防并发症发生。结果:50例患者手术顺利完成,视力均有不同程度提高,无并发症发生。结论:做好糖尿病性白内障围手术期护理,积极有效控制血糖,可为手术成功提供保障,促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To explore the peri-operative nursing of diabetic cataract surgery and improve the cure rate.Methods：Chose diabetic patients with cataract 50 cases implementation phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,the comprehensive nursing assessment,effectively control blood sugar,implement psychological care and improve preoperative preparation,postoperative close observation of the illness and do discharge,prevent complications.Results：50 patients operated successfully completed,the visual acuity in different degrees,and no complications.Conclusion：Do well on diabetic cataract perioperative nursing,the positive effective control blood sugar,can improve security for successful operation,promote the patients recover soon.
