乳腺癌改良根治术加乳房重建术的围手术期护理

Modified radical mastectomy and breast reconstruction in operation period nursing

目的:探讨乳房重建术意义及乳腺癌改良根治术加乳房重建术的护理方法。方法:对8例行该手术的患者,术前给予心理护理及术前准备,术后给予常规护理、卧位护理、饮食护理、引流管护理、生命体征的观察及皮瓣的观察与护理及康复指导。结果:经过精心的护理,8例患者重建乳房外形、功能锻炼恢复良好。结论:在治疗疾病的同时拥有同健侧相似的乳房,完善了女性形体,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the significance of breast reconstruction surgery and modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and nursing method of breast reconstruction.Methods：8 cases of the operation patients,preoperative psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,postoperative given routine nursing,nursing,diet nursing,recumbent drainage tube nursing,observation of vital signs and flap observation and nursing and rehabilitation guidance.Results：After careful nursing,8 patients were reconstructed breast shape,function exercise good recovery.Conclusion：In the treatment of diseases at the same time with the contralateral similar breast,and through the nursing and guidance,the patients′ quality of life was improved.
