摘要
介绍茂铁选择加氢摧化剂二氯化双环戊二烯基钛(Cp,TiCl2),二芳基双环戊二烯基钛(Cp2TiPh2)、二(4-苯甲氢基),双(η^5-环戊二烯基钛)〖Cp2Ti(4-PhOR)2等的制备方法,体系的组配以及氢化弹性体的合成工艺技术。
The preparation of tianocene catalyst such as Cp2TiCl2, Cp2Ti (4-PhOR )2 for selective catalytic hydrogenation of unsaturated conjugated diene polymer (e. g. SBS, SIS, SSBR, MS - B - α -MS,PI,PB,polynorbornene etc. ) in production of hydrogenated elastomer has been described in this paper. The combination of the above catalyst with other components was also presented. The effects of process condition on production of hydrogenated elastomer have been examined.
