摘要
导电滑环是各种转动平台电子设备与外界电子系统通信的重要部件。多路导电滑环接触电阻触点跳断时间在ns级,如何快速检测导电滑环接触电阻和跳变时间的变化一直是个难题。该课题利用LabVIEW对80路导电滑环进行选通控制,由硬件电路实时发出30ns倍数的触点跳断报警,并在LabVIEW中进行跟随报警与计数,同时显示接触跳断脉冲信号,解决了快速检测的难题。
Conductive slip ring is an important component to achieve the communication of electronic devices on the rotating platform with the outside electronic systems.The jump-off time of multi-channel slip ring contact resistance is in ns level.How to rapidly detect the change of slip ring contact resistance and jump-off time has always been a difficulty.This subject uses LabVIEW to control the strobe of 80 roads conductive slip rings.It can give jump-off alarming of 30ns in multiples by the hardware circuit,also can follow and count the alarm through LabVIEW.At the same time,it can display the contact jump-off pulse signal.Thus it solves the difficulty to detect the change of slip ring contact resistance and jump-off time rapidly.
