摘要
随着催化裂化技术的发展,人们不断意识到开发重质资源降低原料成本的重要性,但重质原料中的重金属含量制约了这一资源的开发利用。本文对装置使用YXN—9601高效锑锡复合金属钝化剂的情况进行了分析、总结,为装置今后选用金属钝化剂提供参考。
The importance of utilizing heavy resource to lower material cost has been increasingly recognized with the development of FCC technology. But the high metal contents in heavy material restrict the utilization of this resource. In this paper the commercial application of YXN-9601 high-effective Sb -Sn composite metal passivation in the RFCC unit of the refinery was analyzed and summarized, which is helpful for the selection and use of metal passivation in the future.
