This paper based on ability resource integration,system analysis Chinese IT enterprises ability resource chooses of venture capital.This paper assesses venture capital＇ resource of IT enterprises from three parts including resource intensity,comparative advantage and sustainable competitive advantage,then determine the highest assess value resource to be the ability resource.
