摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸 β -羟乙酯等为原料 ,在不同条件下合成了含双键的氨酯预聚体 8份。用红外光谱法解析了预聚体的结构特征及双键的含量 ;探讨了预聚体与烯类单体的相溶性及相应溶液的粘度 ;确定了合成的工艺参数。为将氨酯基团引入丙烯酸树脂提供了一种可用的官能单体。
Urethano prepolymer containing acrylic ester is synthesised with toluene 2,4-dissocyanate and 2-hydroxy ethyl acrylate as the main materials under the different conditions. The structure and dual bond content of prepolymer have been analysed by IR. The solubility and viscocity of prepolymer have been investigated. The technological condition on synthesis has been decided. The research provided the applicable functional monomer leading urethano into acrylic ester.
