摘要
本文以双丙酮丙烯酰胺作为官能单体 ,合成了含有酮羰基的丙烯酸酯乳液 ,向该乳液中加入肼 ,得到了一种交联型丙烯酸酯乳液。对该乳液进行的红外光谱和透射电镜研究 ,证实了交联反应的发生。对乳液膜性能的研究结果表明 ,交联反应极大地提高了聚合物的耐水、耐溶剂性及断裂强度。
A crosslinkable acrylic polymer emulsion was obtained by adding hydrazine to the acrylic polymer emulsion incorporating diacetone acrylamide (DAAM). The crosslinking reaction was proved by FT-IR and TEM (transimission electron microscope) technology. Compared with non-crosslinkable acrylic polymer emulsion, the title emulsion had much more improved film properties.
