Preparation and Application of Chitosan-based Formaldehyde-free Straightened Hair Fixing Agent

用 4%～ 6%盐酸水溶液在常温下将壳质浸泡 4～ 1 2h ,提取甲壳质 ,然后加 40 %～ 50 %浓度碱 ,控制温度 60～ 1 40℃ ,时间 1～ 8h ,水洗两次制取粗壳聚糖 ,最后降解到相对粘度为 3.7～ 5.0mPa·s即得产品。

The conchiolin is soaked in 4%～6% aqueous hydrochloric acid solution at a normal temperature for 4～12 h to extract the chitins, added by 40%～45% alkali, kept at the temperature of 60～140?℃ for 1～8 h, and then washed with water for 2 times to give the rough chitosan, followed by the degradation of the viscocity to 3.7～5.0 ?mPa·s to get the product.
