利用有机物的聚合反应和无机物的低温分解反应,在石膏模型的工作表面形成高强、高耐磨、多孔的薄层,可减少滚压成形缺陷并提高模型使用寿命。
Utilizing the polymerization of organic materials and decomposition of inorganic materials,a high strength, wearable and porous thin coating on the working surface of plaster mold was formed, whichreduced the defects of roller forming and prolonged the service life of the mold.
