排气歧管结构对发动机性能影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 为实现某发动机轻量化及改善其性能,将该发动机排气歧管的材料由铸铁改为不锈钢,改变排气总管长度(排气歧管与催化器一体化)和结构布置。通过UG建模,将模型进行抽壳和离散化处理后,运用GT-POWER软件对该发动机不同排气歧管设计方案进行分析。结果表明,仅改变排气歧管材料或排气歧管催化器一体式对发动机性能影响不大,但可满足轻量化要求,改变歧管结构布置(歧管出口连接方式、歧管长度),发动机性能可获得有效提升。 In order to reduce weight and improve engine performance, the engine is equipped with the exhaust manifold that is made of casting iron instead of stainless steel. In addition, the length ( exhaust manifold and catalyst integrated) and structure exhaust manifold optimized. The 3 D - model was built by UG and after shell and discretization. The design plans for different manifolds are analyzed by GT - POWER. The results show that changing of materials has a little positive effect on the engine performance but may lower weight. But, modification of exhaust manifold and structure may improves the engine performance efficiently.
