高职院校顶岗实习教学管理模式存在的问题及对策研究——以酒店管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校有效实施工学结合人才培养模式的最重要途径之一就是顶岗实习,对顶岗实习学生进行有效管理是提升高职人才培养质量的保障。应该注重实习期学生的思想政治教育,搭建实习生远程教育与党建工作平台,实现专业知识技能实习与学生职业道德培养相结合。优化顶岗实习生"双导师"、"双评价"的协同管理机制,实现管理精细化。积极采用现代网络信息技术创建学生实习指导网,在选派教师企业蹲点指导的同时开展网络指导,实现教师现场指导与网络指导相结合。 One of the most important ways to cultivate students of vocational colleges is through training and teaching on site.Effective management of the students being trained on site is the guarantee for improving cultivation quality of vocational students.To achieve this,Ideological and Political Education of students during internship should be valued,platform for distance education and work of party building should be built,and combination of skill learning and vocational moral cultivation should be realized.Collaborative management mechanism of "double supervisers"and "double evaluation"are to be optimized.Management should be more delicate and thorough.A website for directing students being trained should be established to realize combination of instruction both on site and via internet.
