摘要 "十八大"报告中关于主线有不同的诠释,从教育角度看,一个主线是全面建成小康社会,具体体现在三个方面:加快发展现代职业教育、更高质量的就业和努力办好人民满意的教育。这三个方面和职业教育密切相关,是一个整体。提高职业教育的地位要从三维资本的思维模式出发,即物质资本、人力资本和社会资本。只有这三方面的资本提高了,职业教育的地位才能相应提高,深化校企合作包括制度机制的创新,其机制行为主要包括四种激励方式:即显性激励、隐性激励、监督激励和内在激励。 Different interpretations of common thread have been offered in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress.From the perspective of education,the common thread is to develop China into a comprehensive well-off society,including acceleration of the development of modern vocational education,high quality employment and satisfactory education.These three aspects are closely related to vocational education,being integrated as a whole.In order to improve the status of the vocational education,our thinking mode should be based on the three-dimensional capital,that is,physical capital,human capital and social capital.Only by raising the three kinds of capital can we improve the status of the vocational education accordingly.One of the ways of deepening school-enterprise cooperation is to make innovation of the system and mechanism.There are mainly four incentives on mechanism,that is,explicit incentive,implicit incentive,supervisory incentive,as well as intrinsic incentive.
