高等职业教育质量观的转型与发展

Transformation and Development of Idea of Quality of Higher Vocational Education

民众对于高等教育的强烈愿望、社会政治与经济的转型、生产技术发展与企业竞争要求推动了世界高等教育大众化的发展,同时,也带来对高等教育质量问题的思考。在这一背景下,中国高等职业教育规模的迅速扩张,高职质量问题也日益受到重视。从中国高职教育质量观形成及其存在问题出发,就其转型提出三个发展方向及两个应注意的问题,提出形成科学的、可持续的质量观是高职发展的必然要求。

Massive higher education is triggered by the enthusiasm of the public for higher education,transformation of socio-political and socio-economic situations,and competitions among enterprises,all of which inevitably lead to reflection toward quality of higher education.With the continuous expansion of higher vocational education in China,issues of quality unexceptionally attract increasing attention.The thesis starts with the formation of idea of quality,raising three development direction and two question concerning with the transformation of HVE,and argues that a scientific and sustainable idea of quality is a prerequisite for the development of HEV.
