摘要
职教教师的德性是在教育教学过程中不断修养而形成的一种获得性的内在精神品质,它既是职教教师人格特质化的品德,也是职教教师教育实践性凝聚而成的品质。相对于外在的师德规范,职教教师的德性具有内在性、实践性、超越性等基本特征。促进职教教师德性的生成,一方面,需要重视职教教师德性的认知和德性的"灌输",即加强职教教师德性的培养,另一方面,需要激发职教教师的主动性,引导其自觉地进行德性养成。
Teacher’s moral character is spiritual internal virtue which teachers gain from long-term constant self-cultivating during the process of teaching.It is the characteristic which is not only affected by teachers’dignity,but also accumulated through teaching practice.Compared with teachers’professional ethics standards,it has the features of being internal,self-disciplining and surpassing.To succeed in forming teachers’moral character,on one hand,we should pay more attention to"cognition"and"inculcation",This is to say,Fostering of teachers’ moral character should be strengthened;on the other hand,we should help teachers to attach importance to self-cultivating.
