Higher Vocational College Students’Self-appreciation Explore Based on the Successful Intelligence Perspective

社会高速发展、世界剧烈变化,高职学生复杂的生存环境、严峻的就业形势以及高职院校内涵建设的时代要求,都迫切需要高职学生不断促进自我升值。基于成功智力理论视角探讨高职学生自我升值的内外条件保障机制,并从专业基础知识的学习、创新意识的培养、实践操作技能的习得三方面提出促进高职学生自我升值的策略。

Under the background of rapid development of society,the dramatic changes of the world,higher vocational college students facing highly complex living environment,severe employment situation,higher vocational college’s connotation construction.All these require higher vocational college students to promote self-appreciation.Based on the successful intelligence perspective,investigating the Internal and external security mechanisms of higher vocational college students＇ self-appreciation.Measures were taken from three aspects such as professional knowledge learning,sense of innovation training,practical skills acquising to promote higher vocational college students＇ self-appreciation.
