随着信息化的发展,垃圾彩信逐渐进入人们视野,垃圾彩信的传播不仅影响客户满意度,而且大大浪费网络资源。在强化垃圾彩信的综合治理的同时,运营商应该尽到自身的社会责任,实现垃圾彩信的有效惩防。
With the development of information technology, the garbage MMS gradually coming into view, the spread of junk MMS not only affects customer satisfaction, and significant waste of network resources. While strengthening the comprehensive management of garbage MMS, operators should fulfill its social responsibility, to achieve an effective punishment and prevention of garbage MMS.
