酮肟型单组分室温硫化有机硅胶粘剂的研制

Preparation of Ketone-oxime Type one-component RTV silicone adhesives

采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、二氧化硅、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、有机锡固化促进剂、贮存稳定剂等原料配制成单组份室温硫化胶粘剂 ,研究了贮存稳定剂的品种及其用量对该胶粘剂贮存期的影响 ,同时还对密封胶粘接不锈钢、铝、尼龙、玻璃等试片的剪切强度进行了测试。

One-component Room temperature vulcanizable silicone adhesives which comprised hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, silica, methyl-tri(butanone-oxime)-silane, organotin catalysts and silane storage stabilizer were prepared. The influence of the stabilizer on the shelf life of the adhesives was discussed and the adhesive shear strengthes of bonding stainless steel, aluminum, nylon and glass sheets were tested.
