玉容消痤汤治疗寻常痤疮的临床对照研究

Clinical comparison on treating acne vulgaris with the Yurong Xiaocuo decoction

目的:探讨经验方玉容消痤汤治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法:92例患者随机分为两组:治疗组50例,玉容消痤汤煎服,1剂/d,早晚分服;对照组口服维胺酯胶囊,50mg/次,3次/d,观察时间8周,观察指标包括治疗效果及药物的安全性。结果:治疗8周,愈显率、有效率治疗组分别为82%和96%,对照组分别76.19%及97.61%,玉容消痤汤与目前公认的治疗痤疮有效的药物维胺酯胶囊相当;但玉容消痤汤起效快,6周愈显率治疗组78%(39/50)显著好于对照组57.14%(24/42),P<0.05;玉容消痤汤安全性好,血液检测及症状体征方面均未见明显副作用;两组疗效与疗程呈正相关、与病情分级呈负相关。结论:玉容消痤汤治疗痤疮安全有效,治疗效果与维胺酯胶囊相当,而起效更快,且无副作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of experienced prescription the Yurong Xiaocuo decoction in acne vulgaris. Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in the treatment group and 42 in the control group. The treatment group was given Yurong Xiaocuo decoction one dose daily, while the control group was given 50mg viaminate capsules for oral use, 3 times one day. The therapeutic efficacy and safety of the medicine were observed for 8 weeks. Results： After 8 week treatment, the cured rate and the effective rate were 82.00% and 96.00% respectively in the treatment group and 76.19% and 97.61% respectively in the control group. Yurong Xiaocuo decoction had equal effect with the most effective medicine in ache, viaminat, but the former had short response time, and no significant side effects in blood test and symptoms and signs were detected. The efficacy of two groups had a positive correlation with course of treatment and had a negative correlation with disease classification. Conclusion： The Yurong Xiaocuo decoction is safe and effective, and has equal treatment effect with viaminate capsules, with shorter response time and without side effects.
