大株红景天联合α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating DPN by Rhodiola kirilowii Regel combined with α-thioctic acid

目的:观察中药制剂大株红景天联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将48例2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予α-硫辛酸及大株红景天,对照组给予α-硫辛酸,治疗2周。观察两组临床疗效及神经传导速度(NCV)。结果:两组的神经症状TSS评分治疗后皆有明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较治疗后TSS评分有明显降低(P<0.05)。在神经传导速度(NCV)改善方面,治疗后两组NCV均增加(P<0.05),治疗组NCV增加更明显,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床使用大株红景天联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Rhodiola kirilowii Regel combined with α-thioctic acid in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 48 patients with type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Rhodiola kirilowii Regel combined with α-thioctic acid, while the control group was treated with α-thioctic acid only. The treatment lasted 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and nerve conduction speed （NCV） of the both groups were observed. Results： TSS scores of neurological symptoms of the two groups significantly turned lower after treatment （P〈0.05）. The nerve conduction velocity （NCV） of the two groups were improved after treatment. The variation of NCV of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It was effective and safe to use Chinese medicine Rhodiola kirilowii Regel combined with α-thioctic acid in treating DPN.
