扶正化饮祛痰汤联合胸腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液40例临床研究

Clinical study on treating 40 cases of malignant pleural effusion by Fuzheng Huayin Qutan decoction combined with intrapleural chemotherapy

目的:采用自行创制的纯中药制剂"扶正化饮祛痰汤",配合现代医学的胸腔内化疗技术治疗恶性胸腔积液,达到增效减毒、改善生活质量,顺利完成治疗计划的目的。方法:治疗组40例患者,采用中药结合胸腔内化疗技术;对照组40例,采用单纯胸腔内化疗技术。设立观察指标,对比两组治疗效果及副反应发生的程度,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组患者疗效增加、副反应轻,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:扶正化饮祛痰汤可以明显起到增效减毒的治疗作用。

Objective： Self-developed Fuzheng Huayin Qutan decoction combined with intrapleural chemotherapy were applied in treating malignant pleural effusion, toxicity reduced, life quality improved and treatment program completed. Methods： 40 patients in treated group were given TCM medicine combine with intrapleural chemotherapy, while another 40 patients were only given intrapleural chemotherapy as control group. Observation indexes were established. Curative effects and occurrence degree of side effects were contrasted and analyzed. Results： Curative effect of the treated group was better, with little side effects. Significant differences were detected between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Huayin Qutan decoction improved curative effects and reduced toxicity.
