补肾疏肝通淋法治疗更年期的慢性尿路感染

Treating menopause chronic urinary tract infection by Bushen Shugan Tonglin therapy

目的:观察补肾疏肝通淋法治疗伴更年期综合征的慢性尿路感染的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,观察组40例使用补肾疏肝通淋汤加减治疗,急性期加用抗菌素;对照组40例采用抗菌素治疗。结果:两组近期疗效比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义;两组中医症候疗效比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组复发率比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论:补肾疏肝通淋法治疗伴更年期综合征的慢性尿路感染,复发率低,对中医症候的疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the effect of Bushen Shugan Tonglin therapy in treating climacteric claromc urinary tract infections. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Bushen Shugan Tonglin decoction combined with antibiotics in acute stage; 40 cases in the control group were treated with antibiotic. Results： Temporary efficacies of the two groups had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Efficacy to TCM syndromes of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rates of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were detected. Conclusions： The effect of Bushen Shugan Tonglin treatment of menopausal syndrome with chronic urinary tract infection, the recurrence rate is low, the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect, no adverse reaction.
