联合应用星蒲温胆汤与针灸治疗中风后遗症82例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 82 cases of apoplexy sequelae by the Xingpu Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture

目的:分析并评价联合应用星蒲温胆汤与针灸治疗中风后遗症的治疗效果。方法:随机将164例中风后遗症病人分为观察组与对照组各82例,观察组联合应用星蒲温胆汤与针灸进行治疗,对照组采用维脑路通进行治疗;对比分析两组治疗的总有效率。结果:观察组的总有效率(90.2%)优于对照组(82.9%),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:联合应用星蒲温胆汤与针灸治疗中风后遗症具有理想的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze and evaluate the curative effect of the Xingpu Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture in treating apoplexy sequelae. Methods： 164 patients with apoplexy sequelae were randomly divided into two groups, 82 patients in each group. The treated group was treated with the Xingpu Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture, while the control group was given venoruton. The total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 90.2%, higher than that in the control group 82.9% , with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xingpu Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture had expected clinical effect in treating apoplexy sequelae, worth spreading.
