益气升阳疏肝汤治疗胃下垂43例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 43 cases of gastroptosis with the Yiqi Shengyang Shugan decoction

目的:探讨自拟方益气升阳疏肝汤在胃下垂治疗中的临床疗效。方法:对43例胃下垂患者,给予自拟方益气升陷疏肝汤治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:43例患者中,治愈26例,显效10例,有效3例,无效4例。总有效率90.7%。结论:采用益气升阳疏肝汤加减治疗胃下垂疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Shengyang Shugan decoction in treating gastroptosis. Methods： 43 cases of gastroptosis were given self-made Yiqi Shengyang Shugan decoction. Results： Among the 43 cases, 26 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective. The total efficiency was 90.7%. Conclusion： Modified Yiqi Shengyang Shugan decoction has significant effect on gastroptosis, and it is worthy of clinical application.
