试论中医方法治疗哮喘病的研究

Research on the TCM therapy in treating asthma

目的:探讨哮喘患者的中医疗法。方法:选取在我院治疗的已被确诊为哮喘48例患者,将这48例哮喘患者,根据病症程度随机分组为,中医组:24例患者,在治疗中根据中医望闻问切的过程,将患者哮喘进行中医分类治疗。西医组:24例患者,主要采用西医方式进行治疗。结果:经过3个月疗程治疗,中医组治疗效果总有效率91.67%,西医组总有效率87.5%;经过6个月治疗,中医组痊愈患者明显高于西医组,复发率也明显低于西医组。结论:在治疗哮喘病症过程中,采取中医治疗的方式方法,临床治疗的效果更佳,复发率更低,值得在今后的治疗中得到推广。

Objective： To investigate the TCM therapy in patients with asthma. Methods： 48 patients with asthma were randomly divided into two groups, 24 patients in each group. The TCM treated groups： 24 patients in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, according to the basic process, the patients with asthma by Chinese classification treatment. The modem medicine group： 24 patients, mainly by modem way of treatment. Results： after 3 months of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine effect in treatment group, the total efficiency of 91.67%, the modem medicine group total effective rate 87.5%; after 6 months of treatment, group of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine cure patients was higher than that of modem medicine group; the relapse rate was also lower than modem medicine group. Conclusion： In the treatment of asthma in the process, take Chinese medicine treatment methods, clinical therapeutic effect is better, the recurrence rate is lower, it is worth in the future treatment of extension.
