苦参汤治疗非特异性外阴炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Kushen decoction in treating non-specific vulvitis

目的:观察苦参汤治疗非特异性外阴炎的临床疗效。方法:2011年3月～2012年3月在我院妇女病普查门诊普查对象中确诊的526例非特异性外阴炎患者,按编号单双随机分为两组,每组各263例,观察组以苦参汤熏洗治疗,对照组局部应用抗生素治疗。疗程均为7d,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为96.58%;对照组总有效率为87.83%;经统计学分析,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药苦参汤治疗非特异性外阴炎疗效确切,安全有效,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Kushen decoction in the treatment of non-specific vulvitis. Methods： 526 patients with non-specific vulvitis collected in our hospital from 2011 March to 2012 March were randomly divided into two groups, 263 in each group. The observation group was given Kushen decoction fumigation and washing treatment, the control group was given local application of antibiotic therapy. The course of treatment was 7 days, two groups of patients with clinical effect comparison. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 96.58% and 87.83%, respectively, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Kushen decoction is accurate, safe and effective in the treatment of non-specific vulvitis, worthy of wide popularization and application.
