观察中西医治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水的临床效果

Clinical observation on treating hepatitis B cirrhosis after in the integrative medicine

目的:观察分析中西医治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者72例,平均分为两组,分别为观察组与对照组,每组36例,对照组行西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础联合中药治疗,治疗2个月后比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为77.78%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西药联合治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者,可取长补短,提高临床疗效,显著改善患者肝功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating Hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods： 72patients of Hepatitis B cirrhosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in each group. The control group was given modem medicine, and the treated group was given TCM more. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups after 2 month. Results： The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.44% and 77.78%, respectively. The observation group is obviously higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could significantly increase the clinical effect in Hepatitis B cirrhosis and improve the liver function of patients by making the best of each other, worth a wide clinical application.
