Clinical analysis on 3 cases of CSP

子宫切口疤痕妊娠(CSP)是一种少见的异位妊娠,是剖宫产严重的远期并发症之一,早期表现无特异性,常误诊为流产,宫颈妊娠。治疗方法为在B超监测下局部注射MTX50mg,结合口服米非司酮,在局部血流减少的情况下行清宫术,对症处理,必要时行子宫切除术。

Caesarean section pregnancy （CSP） is a rare eccyesis and one of the long-term complications after caesarean section. Because of no special symptoms, it is always to misdiagnose to miscarriage or cervical pregnancy. It is treated by regional injection with MTX50mg under ultrasound B, combined with mifepristone orally. When regional flow decreased, the uterus was cleared and uterectomy was taken when necessary.
