摘要
吡虫啉是吡啶类农药开发最成功的产品之一 ,但其中间体 2 氯 5 氯甲基吡啶的合成工艺较复杂。用 2 溴 5 噻吩基 甲基取代吡虫啉分子中的氯吡啶甲基 ,合成了 1 ( 2 溴 5 噻吩基 ) 甲基 2 硝基亚氨基咪唑烷 ,产率 54%。以萝卜蚜为测试虫进行的杀虫效果实验显示 ,LD50 ( 2 4h)为 6 3mg kg ,是一种合格的农药先导化合物 ,具有进行结构优化形成优秀农药的良好前景。
Five analogs of imidacloprid,1 (2 chloro 5 pyridyl) methyl 2 nitroiminoimidazolidine,were synthesized by replacing the pyridyl group of imidacloprid with other heterocyclic groups.The insecticidal tests of the five compounds on lipaphis erysimi were also carried out.Thus,replacement of the 2 chloropyridyl group of imidacloprid with 2 bromo 5 thienyl group resulted in 1 (2 bromo 5 thienyl) methyl 2 nitroiminoimidazolidine in 54% yield.In the insecticidal tests,it was found that the LD 50 (24 h) of lipaphis erysimi was 6 3 mg/kg.The synthesized compounds are eligible for pesticide's leadercompounds and show prospective value for their further structural optimization.
