汽车自动变速器中的变矩器涡轮毂是一个承载扭矩的零件,其形状复杂、要求强度高,非常适合用粉末冶金工艺生产。经过广泛的试验性生产,证明温压是一种适于制造该零件的方法。
Turbine hubs for automatic transmission torque converters have proven to be ideal candidates for the powder metallurgy (P/M) process. The complex shape of turbine hubs is costly to produce via conventional forging and maching operations. Extensive preproduction trials demonstrated that warm compaction process is a viable manufacturing process for this part.
