摘要 结合公司节能减排重点工作的要求,对切割冒口工序的大功率除尘设备的特点、难点做了分析,根据现场设备特点,自行研发了除尘智能控制系统,实现了除尘风机根据烟气量的变化而自动调节风量和压力的运行方式,从而达到了大功率除尘设备的节能减排、提高除尘效率的目的。 Based on the important work of the company about energy saving requirements, the features and difficulties of highpower dust removal equipment using in the cutting riser were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the equipment, an intelligent control system was developed. The dust fan can automatically adjust the amount of wind and pressure according to the varying smoke volume, which is favorable to save energy and improve dust removing efficiency.
