铸造用铝混合炉设备选型与应用

摘要 近年来电解铝行业,由于原材料和电价不断上涨等因素,部分落后产能企业已纷纷关停,所以对于一个高能耗企业,选择节能性好的设备来降低生产成本就尤为重要。一种炉顶开合式铝混合炉以其良好的节能性和操作的便捷性将会在铝行业广泛的使用,这种新型的铝混合炉吨铝电耗明显低于传统的立式炉门升降混合炉,以良好的节能性为企业节约了生产成本,提高市场竞争力。 In recent years in the electrolytic aluminium industry, due to raw materials cost and electricity price rising, some enterprise with backward production capacity already have been closing down. Choosing energy-saving equipment to reduce the production cost is particularly important for a high energy consumption enterprise. A two-part-on-top holding furnace with its good energy conservation and the operation convenience will be widely used in aluminum industry. Its power consumption per ton of aluminum is obviously lower than the traditional vertical furnace and saves the cost of production, improves market competitive power.
