摘要
以无水Na2 CO3为酸吸收剂 ,N ,N 二甲基乙酰胺 (DMAC)和甲苯为溶剂 ,用 2 ,6 二氯苯甲腈和 4 氨基苯酚为原料 ,合成了 2 ,6 二 ( 4 氨基苯氧基 )苯甲腈 (BAPB) ,考察了酸吸收剂品种和反应时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明 ,2 ,6 二氯苯甲腈和 4 氨基苯酚的物质的量比为 1∶2 ,1 2 0℃下反应 36h ,BAPB收率可达 64.5%。
Bis(4 aminophenoxy)benzonitrile(BAPB) was synthesized by reaction of 2,6 dichlorobenzonitrile and 4 aminophenol using anhydrous sodium carbonate as acid acceptor and N,N dimethylacetamide and toluene as solvent.The influences of the kind of acid acceptors and reaction time on the yield of the product were investigated.The results showed that the product with 64.5% yield was obtained when the mole ratio between 2,6 dichlorobenzonitrile and 4 aminophenol was 1∶2 and reaction was carried out at 120 ℃ for 36 h.
