时栅位移传感器在传动误差检测系统中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用"时域信号、空域分析"的思想,将时栅位移传感器输出的按时采样的角位移传感器信号转换成按空间均分的角位移信号,实现了用时栅替代等空间采样的光栅作为检测元件应用于传动误差测量。搭建了试验装置,绘制了试验的传动误差曲线,由曲线频谱图,分析、确定了误差的主要产生环节。证明了用时栅代替光栅测量传动误差是行之有效的。该研究不仅实现了用成本低廉的时栅代替光栅,而且克服了课题组前期开发的传动误差测试系统的采样不稳定性和速率不同步性带来的误差。 The original signal outputted during equal time interval from time grating displacement sensor was transformed into angular displacement signal sampled with equal spatial displacement with "analyzing time domain signal with space domain meth- od". In this way, time grating sensors were adopted as position detectors for transmission error measurement system replacing optical grating sensors.whose signal were sampled with equal spatial displacement. In the experiment,the measurement devices were built, and transmission error curves were obtained. After analysis on frequency spectrogram, error sources can be determined. Experiment results prove the validity of time grating sensors replacing optical grating sensors as position detectors for transmission error meas- urement system. Besides time grating sensors replacing optical grating sensors with low cost, this study solves errors caused by insta- bility of data acquisition and acynchronism of velocity for early transmission error measurement system.
