摘要
提出基于FF现场总线技术的高速轴承测试台润滑系统,并且详细描述了系统控制对象的选取、硬件结构以及系统的应用。系统采用FF总线技术实现了压力、流量、温度等典型对象的控制功能,使工作人员能够及时获得设备的故障预测、报警等信息。
Proposed based on the Foundation Fieldbus technology test bench of high-speed bearing lubrication system, and de- tailed description selection of the control object, hardware architecture and system applications. System uses Foundation Fieldbus technology to achieve control function about pressure, flow, temperature, so operation and maintenance personnel can timely obtain the equipment fault prediction, warning and other information.
