大肠癌组织中血管内皮生长因子的表达及意义

Significance of vascular endothelial growth factor expression in colorectal carcinoma

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发展的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测 5 2例人大肠癌组织的VEGF表达 ,分析VEGF与大肠癌组织学类型、分化程度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 VEGF表达率随大肠癌Dukes分期的进展而增加 ,且DukesC期的VEGF表达率与DukesA期相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;VEGF在有淋巴结转移组的表达率为 6 8.18% ,显著高于无淋巴结转移组的 40 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;VEGF表达与组织学类型和分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF表达对大肠癌的进展有促进作用 。

Aims To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its relationship with the progression of colorectal carcinoma.Methods VEGF protein in 52 cases of human colorectal carcinoma was examined with the labelled streptavidin biotin(LSAB) method and its relations to tumor histologic type,histologic grade,Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results VEGF-positive rate increased with Dukes stage and the VEGF-positive rate in Dukes C stage was significantly higher than that in Dukes A stage ( P <0.05).Tumors with lymph node metastasis expressed VEGF(68.18%) significantly higher than tumors without lymph node metastasis (40.00%),( P <0.05).No correlation was found between the VEGF expression and tumor histologic type or histologic grade( P >0.05).Conclusion VEGF promotes the progression of colorectal carcinoma.VEGF expression may serve as a trumor marker to evaluate the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma.
