文章分析鄱阳湖生态经济区发展趋势与特点,着重论述了风险投资基金的功能、作用及运作机制,进而提出了江西省鄱阳湖生态经济区风险投资基金的模式选择及运作。

This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of risk investment fund in the PoYang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.The paper firstly states the researching background,and then analyses developing tendency and features of the PoYang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,then mainly expounds functions of the risk investment fund,effection and operating mechanism.Through the above analysis,this article proposes mode selection and operation of risk investment fund in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone of Jiangxi Province,and the research conclusion has been made in the end.
